Customer information and approvals
The customer is responsible for providing accurate requirements, destination information and timely written decisions needed for the agreed workflow.
Destination requirements
Product legality, import conditions, duties, permits, labels and other destination requirements must be reviewed for the specific goods and market. Their allocation is defined in the formal written agreement.
Liability and changes
Any liability allocation, remedy, cancellation, change or delay consequence must come from the applicable formal written agreement and cannot be inferred from this website.
